Disruptive Reality is an independent ministry with the mission and vision to help restore truth...
Every good Christian knows that it's right to want God's will to be done. Sometimes we even make a point of saying as much when we pray. But it's easy to talk about God's will glibly. It's another thing to generally desire his will be done in the mist of great suffering. Our tendency is to want the suffering to end first, and then God's will be accomplished second.
Ask yourself this question: when push comes to shove, do you really want God's will to be done? Are you willing to suffer in order to see it accomplished? Most of us don't know what it's like to truly suffer for the LORD. Most of us face a little inconvenience and quickly wilt. The bottom line is that God's will is not always comfortable. Sometimes accomplishing it costs us big time.
