A good overview of next housing bubble ... Let me show you some safe numbers:

  • $100k House Price -> $500/mo mortgage payment @ 6% -> $2k/mo. gross income @25% qualification -> $24k/yr Gross Income (Wage ~ 1/4 Price)
  • $40k/yr (Median Wage) -> $3,333/mo gross income @25% qualification -> $833/mo mortgage payment @6% -> $166k House Price (Price ~4X Wage)

I suspect that the House Median National Price is more like $300k than $166k (almost 2X the qualification limit) versus $40k/yr Median National Wage, so HOUSES ARE EXPENSIVE !!!

  • Double-Up: 2 Families/People in each House that formerly held only 1 to save 50% on cost of housing
  • Short-Sell: avoid foreclosure while still extracting buyer from over-priced house

Policy Changes are also needed:

  • CUT IMMIGRATION TO EITHER NET ZERO OR ZERO TO REDUCE EXCESS DEMAND AND FREE UP SUPPLY
  • NO AMNESTY FOR ILLEGALS, WHOM WE DON'T NEED AND DON'T WANT
  • SEND ILLEGALS BACK HOME AS FAST AS WE CATCH THEM !!!
