After our visit to Warsaw, Missouri, we pointed our fifth wheel west and headed to Nebraska. Ride along with us as we stop over in Council Bluffs, Iowa and ultimately arrive at Cottonwood. Cottonwood is one of two Army Corps of Engineers campgrounds at the Gavins Point Project near Yankton, Nebraska. The COE also oversees a dam, a visitors center, a beach, and more. While were were staying at Cottonwood, the four of us enjoyed a day hike on the Calumet Bluff Trail, and you have to see the views at the end!!! 🤩
