1 24oz package of Kountry Boys Smoked Pork with Venison Sausage 1 Green Bell Pepper 1 Red Bell Pepper 1 Jalapeno 1 Chili Serrano 1/2 Red Onion 1/2 cup of Olive Oil Salt & pepper to taste
Fire up your grill to medium, then grill the sausage for 7 minutes on each side or until done. Julienne the peppers, then sauté in the olive oil in a large skillet at medium heat. Add the done sausage and onions to the skillet, then lightly toss a few times. Once the onions are done, reduce the heat. Add the salt and black pepper to taste, then lightly toss a few times. Serve.
